Important: By booking a ticket or attending Crimson Table Nights you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully. This event is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over.
1. The Event
Crimson Table Nights (ABN 45 123 456 789) is a ticketed live entertainment event held in Sydney, Australia. The event features casino-style table games operated for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling takes place. Play chips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Eligibility — Age Restriction (18+)
Attendance is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the venue entrance. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age. No refunds will be issued to those denied entry on age grounds.
3. Ticket Booking
Completing the online booking form constitutes a request to reserve a place. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation communication. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Your booking confirmation must be presented at the door.
4. Payment
Full payment is due at the venue upon ticket collection. We accept cash (AUD) and major credit/debit cards. Prices displayed include GST. A booking administration fee applies as shown during checkout.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: full refund of any prepaid amount, minus booking fee.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), a full credit or refund will be issued.
6. Dress Code
A formal black-tie dress code is strictly enforced. Smart casual or informal attire will result in refusal of entry without refund. The organisers' decision regarding appropriate dress is final.
7. Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The organisers reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
8. Alcohol Service
Alcohol is served responsibly in compliance with NSW liquor licensing laws. Guests who appear intoxicated will be refused service and may be asked to leave. You must be 18+ to consume alcohol at the event.
9. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for event promotion. If you object, please notify event staff upon arrival.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Crimson Table Nights accepts no liability for loss of personal property, personal injury, or consequential losses arising from attendance at the event, except where such loss results from our gross negligence.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
